Business Policy
Our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and fair business practices.
Payment Terms
We accept all major payment methods including cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project estimate and contract.
Standard Terms: A 50% deposit is required to schedule and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. For larger projects, progress payments may be arranged.
Late Payments: Invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date. A 1.5% monthly interest charge applies to overdue accounts. Projects may be suspended if payment terms are not met.
Project Timeline & Scheduling
We schedule projects in the order received, with priority given to emergency repairs. Project start dates will be confirmed in writing at least 7 days in advance.
Estimated Timelines: All timelines provided are estimates. Actual completion dates depend on weather conditions, material availability, permit approval, and unforeseen structural issues. We will provide regular updates on project progress.
Scheduling Changes: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start may result in a service charge.
Warranties & Guarantees
Labor Warranty: All workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the completion date. If defects appear due to faulty installation, we will repair them at no cost.
Material Warranty: We use quality materials and stand behind their performance. Product-specific warranties from manufacturers are transferred to you and are subject to the terms of the manufacturer.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.

General Liability Insurance: We carry comprehensive general liability insurance covering all projects. Our workers are fully covered under workers' compensation insurance.
Safety Standards: All crew members follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines. Safety equipment and procedures are mandatory on all job sites.
Job Site Safety: You are responsible for securing the area and preventing unauthorized access. Please inform us of any hazardous conditions on your property.
Estimates & Contracts
Free Estimates: All estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Contract Requirements: All projects over $500 require a signed contract before work begins. The contract outlines scope of work, timeline, cost, and payment terms.
Change Orders: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing with a signed change order. Additional costs will be provided before work proceeds.
Cancellation & Refunds
